Job Description

Responsibilities
In the role of process engineer, you are the link between technology and production. Your tasks often include:
• Optimization: Maintain, improve, and develop existing production processes to increase quality and efficiency.
• Innovation: Initiate and define new manufacturing processes during scaling up or new product introductions.
• Quality Assurance: Manage deviations, participate in investigations, and conduct risk assessments.
• Validation: Work practically and strategically with qualification and validation of both equipment and processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, technology, and QA in cross-functional project teams.
Qualifications
• Education: Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in chemical engineering, biotechnology, medical technology, or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience as a process engineer, production technician, or in process development from pharmaceutical manufacturing or medical technology.
• Regulations: Documented experience working according to GMP, GAMP5, or ISO 13485.
• Language: Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred:
• Experience leading process development projects or LEAN work.
